Races of Middenhjem

Race	Description
Mennesker	Humans, viking culture - minus the boats (all PCs are human).
Ojru	A massive race. They are dark-haired and have toothless mouths. They are well-known for their sculptures.
Hulemenn	A race of vole-people. They are famous for their seminaries. They practice ritual cannibalism of the deceased.
Seksøyne	A graceful race. They are yellow-haired and have six eyes. They naturally hibernate. They are famous for their shrines. Rumored to be the descendants of a god.
Skyggemenn	A delicate-looking race. They are black-skinned and have large mouths. When they die, they actually turn into another kind of creature that burrows into the ground. No one knows what they become. They have excellent hearing. In their culture, cryptography is a highly prized ability.
Skapning	A tiny race. They have bony plates instead of hair. Their sense of smell is incredibly powerful. They are exceptionally good at alchemy.
Mandoler	Half-mennesker. They show little emotion and pride themselves in rational thought. They have no country of their own, but work for other races.
