Abilities

When blown, the horn provides the subject with a +1 bonus to Leadership and all allies in an 8-yard-radius receive a +3 bonus to moral and Fright Checks (Fearlessness 4), lasting for 10 minutes. Limited to 7 times per day. In game terms, this is pretty powerful item because it can provide a buff to many people instead of just yourself. [22]
